HOW TO MAKE YOUR TEAM LOOK GOOD


	When you think your team isn't getting the recognition and
respect it deserves, do you:

	Focus on the interests and needs of those you'd like to
impress--your boss, others in the organization, and your customers?

	Make sure you understand your boss's priorities, and
communicate your group's commitment to achieving them?

	Describe your group's accomplishments whenever you have a
chance--at meetings, during presentations, in memos?

	Support the efforts and goals of other groups and departments
within your organization--and let them know about it?

	Invest your group's time, energy, and creativity in being
spectacularly helpful to your customers, both internal and external?

	Tell your employees that you are personally committed
to helping them get the recognition they deserve--and prove that
commitment to them by your actions?
